• Registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST and transaction charges levied during online registration.
• Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches, Conference kit and dinners.
• Registration fee for accompanying person includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches and dinners.
• No refund shall be issued if registration done under any discounted category.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 100% refund – the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least one month before the event. Refund will be processed, deducting 18% GST and 2% Transaction charges.
• No refund – 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 15 days prior to the event date.
